This workshop is an in-depth approach to working through resentment, regret, wounds, and the self-condemnation that are holding us back from reaching our true potential. It builds on practices so many use at year's end to set a fresh slate for the New Year.

As much as we may want to look to the light, to be optimistic and enthusiastic, the evidence is very strong that there is no room in our experience for something without first dealing with and discarding the old.
