This workshop is an in-depth approach to working through resentment, regret, wounds, and the self-condemnation that are holding us back from reaching our true potential. It builds on practices so many use at year's end to set a fresh slate for the New Year.

Jesus said you cannot put new wine into an old wineskin. He meant we had to let go in order to move on.
